Yesterday, the Asst Principal called about Beta Club Convention...apparently KT won the scratchboard competition so she needed to come by the office today for "her trophy and her picture in the paper."

Of course, her daddy and I were thrilled and after her initial surprise she was quietly pleased with herself.

Chris came home from FLA last night and when Dad went to pick her up...there was KT's name up in lights on the school sign. She will likely be quite embarassed by the end of the day particularly bringing a trophy home on the bus.

Last night we all cuddled on the couch and watched a bit of the tube. Nice to have snuggles and stories to tell each other. Now we have the weekend of flurry done and we are back to us four.
