Quad Sets and Stretches

So, having fallen downstairs twice after misplacing or dragging my numb foot, I have been very careful to go downstairs on my good leg...turns out that is part of the problem.

My left leg has shortened and it is hard to tell how much is muscle contracture in the back of my leg vs my hip. Add to that weak quads and I have a pretty bummed leg. Good thing is, the exercises are easy and so I need to consciously strengthen it in addition to doing my back exercises.

Feels better already now that I have a good action plan.
