Who knew? You actually DO feel much better all around when you are well hydrated.

Will try a touch of lemon or cranberry when I am home but can't at work...most of the commercially flavored waters contain nutrasweet which is an instant migraine maker for me.

Anyway, I should be in good shape for Crown and that is what I was most concerned about...

Now back to my extremely busy day...feel like a hamster on a wheel...work does not disappear when you are out sick it just waits patiently for your return!
