So gotta say that if anyone would "go up against the wall" my vote would be for whoever invented voice mail. Service type departments should just not have voicemail. It is the antithesis of service.

Trying to get through to someone (a real human) in our HR department about benefits. Seems they very generously will deduct your money for insurance and disability coverage but are less available when you need to inquire how to activate the programs...

And they are SUPPOSED to be there to serve the corporations employees who are busy serving the public of our area.

Wish I could sick Christian on them...
