Well, last night was no sleep...no real, sleep. I went to bed late from being keyed up and dreamed vivid slideshow dreams. You know the ones that are such quick snapshots that you are only left with impressions?

I always do this when I am stressed or upset. Likely it is the conversation I had yesterday that put such vivid thoughts in my mind.

So today I teach with a headache.

Lord, give me patience and perseverence.
