We spent the weekend celebrating Les's Birthday and an early Father's Day. Friday, the girls and I shopped for his gifts. We had a great time and lots of laughs. We got the stuff he asked for (chinos) and a couple of outfits that the three of us agreed on. Then a summer robe and the requisite boxers. (This time Curious George; yep, we had a really fun time shopping for those). An ice cream maker and an indoor grill.

Picked him up and went out to dinner. Home to wrap just before unwrapping and then packed for our little trip.

Lunch at Key West. Much laughs and smiles...I love our family. Off to Augusta so that can we go to the Science Museum. Swimming in the pool then Lisa joined us for dinner at a fun German restaurant. Had a great time.

Sunday we came home and decided to see a movie. Decided Ya Ya Sisterhood was too Estrogen to see for Dad's B'day so we saw Bad Company. Odd coupling of Sir Anthony Hopkins and Chris Rock. Just enough smart dialogue and lots of action that was not predictable. We all really enjoyed it. Go see it. Fun movie.

Home to cook Salmon with grilled vegetables on the new grill. Phenomenal.

Sorry we missed the wedding as that was much on my mind. I know it was beautiful. Looking forward to seeing everyone and hearing all about it this weekend.
