Things I have learned from Nia...

You can�t remember when you met a true heart friend; they feel like they have been in your life forever.

Everyone knows the Nia, sometimes you have to wait your turn.

Anger is sometimes hurt. Hurt is sometimes anger. Nobody else has ever helped me distinguish.

Sometimes one more fish is too many.

It is okay to live with doubts.

Try new foods you might like them.

Sitting in court with Nia can get you in trouble but it is worth it.

Loving others helps you love yourself.
