Busy days and evenings and weekends of late....makes for very little diary time.

This weekend the weather brought an unexpected overnight trip to ensure we could be at the Christening in Greenville. Turns out the weather was worse on Saturday than on Sunday but the important thing is we made it. The church was beautiful with sunlight shining through stained glass and the baby was just perfect drifting off to sleep just before the ceremony. I wondered if that would help or hurt when the Christening began but turns out she did not wake up really until the third dousing of water. She really is a charmer.

We got home kind of late driving through fog but in time to relax a bit before opening emails and getting started on all the inbox can bring.

Yesterday was more insulin classes and today another ACLS class. I am feeling the loss of sleep. Particularly hard cause I am trying to fight off an infection which I should concentrate on as otherwise I will end up with worse.

So, not much here but more of the same. Last night I told the fam...I run off of coffee and hugs from my children. Christie turned to me and said, "Wow, then you must not be getting all your nutrients!" and honored me with some great cuddle and chat time. She is such a loving person.

Traveling again this weekend and next. Really looking forward to that Jacuzzi suite. I am thinking of trying to get the pavilion up on Friday so I can sleep in....mmmm delicious thought.
